How- To make Lava fudge cakes!!

This week I was in the mood for a lot of chocolate and I wanted a lava fudge cake...problem is I did not want to spend 5 bucks for one, I wanted to make as many for as little as possible. So I was speaking with test subject Jon about this, and he informed me that he does not like chocolate. So I began discussing cake with a new test subject, test subject Akeem. See Akeem loves chocolate and other delicious dessert items; however, he loves chocolate like I love chocolate. We have both considered receiving help for our addictions but then we decided we don't have a problem. So test subject Akeem decided he would love a hot fudge lava cake. So we went to the store and bought our ingredients, and the following is our story..join us on the journey to chocolate enlightenment.
Things you will need:
Large cupcake pans
1 Chocolate cake mix (any kind we used dark chocolate)
1 Package of instant pudding mix
Any bottle of hot fudge
Ingredients needed on the back of the cake mix.
Ice cream
Caramel for decorating (optional)
Okay so preheat your oven to 350 and mix the cake mix as according to directions on back EXCEPT add the pudding you might have wanted to avoid the one that said "pudding in the mix!" Now the pudding will make a more dense yet fluffy tasty cake so that's why we added however is optional. So mix all that up, let it sit for a minute, take your large cupcake pan and grease and flour. *Note your cup cakes will be upside down when served so please do not use cupcake liners* Alright moving on, spoon your batter into the mold until it is about 3/4 full. *Note if you want to make mini versions you could always use a regular sized cupcake mold* Now place in your pre-heated oven and bake for 25- 30 minutes, maybe longer it took mine 32 minutes. When it is done cooking invert onto a cooling rack and let it cool, since they will be upside down you can let them cool on the "normal" top. Once they have cooled cut out a small circle in the center of the "bottom", see picture below, and place fudge inside, do not melt the fudge it will need to be room temperature in order for this to work. Place into a container and put in the fridge until you are ready to serve, at least an hour. Now test subject Akeem and I are ready for some chocolate, so place one on a plate (again this is upside down compared to a normal cupcake) heat for about 45 seconds top with ice cream, decorate with caramel or any other topping, enjoy! *Note you can make the hole bigger than I did to allow more fudge but be careful the cupcake might not be able to hold it all*
Test subject Akeem states: "Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm chocolate and caramel....mmmmmm"
Also if you, like test subject Jon, do not like chocolate that is okay, follow these instructions and make a regular cake and fill with just about anything, white cake with lemon curd filling, strawberry cake with cheesecake filling, or whatever else you can imagine, the world is your playground, I just like chocolate. Also you can freeze this, but just let defrost before heating in the microwave. These keep for about a week!
